Privacy — Fiestamos

This policy describes the data handled by the Fiestamos app (iOS) and this website. Fiestamos is built and run by Marcos Coladello, contact mvcoladello@gmail.com.
Data that stays on your device
Player names, your language and sound preferences, and the game in progress are saved locally on your iPhone. None of it is sent to us.
Camera and microphone (Who Am I?)
Recording a round is optional and only turns on with your explicit permission. The video is processed and saved on your device; it only leaves it if you choose to share it.
Anonymous usage analytics
We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to understand which games get played most, with no name, email, IDFA, or any identifier tied to you. We don’t build person profiles or track you across other apps.
AI-generated card packs
The theme you type to generate cards is sent to our servers and to Google’s AI model (Gemini) only to create the deck. It’s tied to an anonymous device identifier, used only to enforce the free-tier limit — never to your name or email.
Purchases and Premium subscription
Purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your card number or payment details. We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active, identified only by an anonymous ID generated on your device.
Android waitlist
If you leave your email on this site to be notified at launch, we use it only for that. You can ask to be removed from the list at any time.
What we don’t do
No account or login required, no location collection, no access to your contacts, no ads, and we never sell data to anyone.
Who else processes data for us
Each one gets only the minimum needed for its job:
- PostHog (EU) — anonymous usage analytics
- RevenueCat — subscription status
- Google (Gemini, via Cloudflare AI Gateway) — themed card pack generation
- Cloudflare — backend infrastructure
- Apple — App Store payments
Children
Fiestamos is rated 12+ and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights
Deleting the data saved on your device is as simple as uninstalling the app. To request information or removal of your analytics or AI usage data, write to mvcoladello@gmail.com.
