What Fiestamos is
A hub of in-person party games for iOS: one phone gets passed around between people in the same room. The game works 100% offline, except for the AI features and subscription validation.
Premium subscription (fiestamos_pro)
We offer monthly, yearly (with a free trial when available), and lifetime plans. Billing is processed by the Apple App Store; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple’s policy — we don’t process refunds directly.
AI-generated content
Themed card packs are generated automatically and pass through a content filter, but may contain inaccuracies or mistakes. Content is intended for ages 12 and up; you’re responsible for judging whether it fits your group before playing.
Acceptable use
Fiestamos is built for group fun. Don’t use the app to harass, discriminate against, or harm other people, and follow the laws of your country.
Intellectual property
The Fiestamos brand, design, and original app content belong to us. AI content generated on your request is for personal use in your own games, not for redistribution as your own commercial product.
Disclaimer of warranties and liability
The app is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
